  • Concentration
    Armenian competition law applies not only to local transactions, but also to international ones that may have an impact on the Armenian market.
    We assess whether a transaction qualifies as a concentration and whether it is subject to mandatory notification under Armenian law. If required, we handle the entire process of obtaining consent from the relevant authority.
  • Anticompetitive agreements
    Anticompetitive agreements are generally prohibited under Armenian law and may result in significant penalties.
    To minimize legal risks, we review agreements for any potentially anticompetitive clauses and offer alternative legal solutions to ensure compliance.
  • Unfair competition
    Armenian law takes a broad approach to the interpretation of unfair competition.
    It applies not only to disputes between businesses but also in cases where consumer rights are affected.
    We assess whether internal policies, platform design, tools or wording used by an e-platform could be considered unfair competition and provide legal advice on the necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • State aid and anticompetitive actions by state bodies
    We represent businesses before the CCPC, challenging decisions and actions of the state that violate competition law.

    This includes preparing and submitting reports to the CCPC, drafting legal positions, presenting evidence, and participating in hearings on behalf of our clients.
